    Ethical Environments and Integrity - A Conversation and Case Study

    All IMA Members are welcome!

    The Rochester Chapter of the IMA is excited to introduce Mollene Benison and Zachary Lockhart as they present a conversation on Ethical Environments and Integrity.  Whether you work in a small business or large, creating an ethical environment and keeping all parties integrous is problematic. Mollene and Zachary will present topics that will evaluate the ethic environment and the role, activities, and benefits of having a chief Integrity Officer; as well as the Buffet & Salomon Case Study.

    This session awards 2 CPE for all CMA and CIA participants.  Tickets are just $25 for members, $30 for non-members and, for this special event, a $10 student ticket is available for full-time college students.

    Our Presenters:

    Mollene is a partner in DeJoy, Knauf and Blood LLP’s Financial Assurance Practice.  She mainly focuses on providing assurance, consulting, and financial reporting services to organizations operating in the financial services industry including broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. More specifically she has complex expertise surrounding Service Organization Control (SOC) engagements, SEC regulatory compliance, business combinations and employee benefit plans.

    Zachary Lockhart is an auditor who provides high-quality assurance services mainly to the for-profit clients of DeJoy, Knauf and Blood LLP. He is an MBA graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Certified Management Accountant, and member of the Rochester Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
