This case explores how companies analyze product performance to make key decisions and plan for future growth.

The Institute of Management Accountants, Rochester Chapter, invites you to attend its 2020 Pop-up Student Case Competition, "The Sweet Smell of Success… or Is It?".  No advance preparation is required.  Come prepared to work with a team of colleagues where we will look at Dee's Dandy Candy and their strategic plan for growth centered around two key products.  Where should Dee’s focus their growth?  Compete with other teams to come up with the best recommendations and beat the clock!
